Plastic injection moulding
Our company specialises in plastic injection moulding for the production of high-quality components for the furniture sector and other industrial applications. We have injection moulding machines of various capacities and a two-component moulding machine, ideal for producing plastic items composed of two different materials.
We also produce customised items for our customers, offering tailor-made solutions and a high level of customisation.
Zamak moulds and die casting
We specialise in the production of moulds for Zamak die casting, manufacturing items in Zamak, an alloy highly valued in the furniture sector for its wear resistance and ability to withstand heavy loads. This material is particularly suitable for producing small parts such as shelf supports, tube holders and bushings, providing strength and long-term durability.
We offer Zamak products in a variety of finishes – raw, nickel-plated, zinc-plated or brass-plated – with customisation available on request to meet our customers’ specific needs.
